General information

The information provided on this website is intended for general information about my psychotherapy practice and the services I offer. It should not be regarded as medical, psychiatric or psychological advice and should not replace consultation with an appropriate healthcare professional.

No therapeutic relationship

Visiting this website or contacting me through the contact form or by email does not establish a therapeutic relationship. Therapy begins only after an initial consultation and mutual agreement to work together.

I reserve the right to decline enquiries or referrals where I believe that another service or professional would be more appropriate.

Please do not use the website or contact form for urgent or emergency communications.

Emergencies

I do not provide an emergency or crisis service. If you believe that you or somebody else is at immediate risk of harm, please contact your GP, NHS 111, your local mental health crisis team, attend your nearest Emergency Department, or call 999 in an emergency.
